Where can I find my newsletter package download?

When you place your order, you will see a download button on the order confirmation page. When you click the button, your newsletter package will automatically be sent to the Downloads folder on your computer depending upon your browser settings.

After placing your order, you will also receive a confirmation email that includes a download link. When you click this link, your newsletter package will automatically be sent to the Downloads folder on your computer depending upon your browser settings.

You can choose either method to download your newsletter package.

*Be sure to save your newsletter package on your computer where you can easily find it, like your Desktop.

If you experience any problems with your download, please send us an email (via our contact page on the website) explaining the situation. We will reply within 24 hours to correct the problem and deliver your package to you!

The monthly newsletters are ready to send to you on the 25th of the previous month. For example, the February newsletter will be completed and ready to distribute on January 25th.

When you subscribe, your monthly renewal date will automatically be the same day of the month going forward. (Subscribe on the 3rd of the month and your monthly charge will be on the third of each month.) When your monthly charge is processed, we will email the current issue to you on that day.

If you begin your subscription later in the month (i.e., the 15th or 20th, etc.) and would prefer to receive your issues earlier each month, just email us the monthly renewal date you’d prefer and we can change your renewal to that day. (Most therapists prefer to get their monthly issue on the 25th of the prior month, in order to have more prep time and flexibility when they send out their newsletter each month.)

We will get back to you within 24 hours. If you’re in the U.S. or Canada, include your phone number and the best times to reach you, and we can answer your questions via a phone call. (You will need to have access to your computer and your newsletter template when we talk.) 

When you place your order for the monthly newsletter program, you can create your customer portal account. This allows you to log in to change your email, payment method, etc. or to unsubscribe at any time. After you create your account, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your account. The link expires in five days, so be sure to open the email, click on the link in order to verify your account. When you do, you can see the current information regarding your subscription.

* NOTE: If you don’t see your order and customer portal account verification emails, check your SPAM file.

We will send your monthly newsletter to your email address on the same day each month, once your monthly charge has been processed.
